David Saghian

David Saghian is a dedicated multifamily, retail, and land investment specialist with a proven track record in the Los Angeles real estate market. Since launching his brokerage career in 2021, David has closed more than $250 million in transactions and has earned a strong reputation for his market expertise, analytical approach, and commitment to client success.

David is a graduate of the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and comes from a strong finance background, having worked in both consulting and investment banking prior to entering real estate. These experiences shaped his disciplined approach to underwriting, valuation, and strategic execution across complex transactions.

David focuses on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and commercial assets throughout West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley, including Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Toluca Lake, Valley Village, North Hollywood, Encino, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Brentwood, and the surrounding areas. His experience spans stabilized income properties, value add opportunities, and development sites, allowing him to create strategic solutions tailored to each client’s investment goals.

Among his notable sales are Holmby Hall, the historic landmark in Westwood Village featuring Amazon and Pret A Manger, and a forty nine unit apartment building in Encino. In addition to multifamily and retail, David has extensive experience with land transactions and regularly advises clients on zoning, entitlements, and highest and best use strategies.

Before entering real estate, David worked at Deloitte where he developed strong financial modeling and analytical skills, and later at Park Lane, an investment bank specializing in professional sports and entertainment transactions. This financial foundation gives him a unique perspective when evaluating and negotiating sophisticated deals.

As both a broker and property owner in Los Angeles, David brings a principal’s perspective to every transaction, ensuring clients receive thoughtful, data driven advice and exceptional results. Recognized for his integrity, diligence, and client first philosophy, he continues to be a trusted advisor to investors, developers, and property owners across the Los Angeles market.

Tony Sameyah

Senior Associate

Tony Sameyah is a multifamily investment specialist with The Saghian Group, focused on delivering strategic advisory and execution across apartment transactions in the San Fernando Valley. Since 2020, Tony has closed 25 transactions totaling $100 million+ in sales volume, representing clients in dispositions, acquisitions, and complex 1031 exchanges.

Tony specializes exclusively in the multifamily sector, allowing him to provide highly informed guidance and market expertise throughout every stage of a transaction. His deep understanding of valuation, asset positioning, and buyer demand enables him to consistently maximize sale pricing while aligning outcomes with each client’s long-term investment goals.

A graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business, Tony built a strong foundation in finance and strategy through specialized coursework that continues to inform his analytical and disciplined approach to real estate advisory.

One of Tony’s key areas of expertise is guiding clients through 1031 exchanges into out of state triple net investments. By leveraging his multifamily knowledge, he helps clients strategically reposition capital, preserve equity, and transition into assets that align with their risk tolerance, cash flow objectives, and long-term goals.

Tony’s primary market focus includes North Hollywood, Valley Village, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Toluca Lake, Canoga Park, and surrounding San Fernando Valley neighborhoods. Known for being a full-service advisor, Tony treats every client relationship with a long-term mindset, hands-on attention, and a commitment to leaving no stone unturned in representing his clients’ best interests.
